Many people have asked us to make a custom blanket or two for them and that is why time in shipping your custom made blanket may be anywhere from 3 to 12 weeks. Returns accepted from smoke free facilities only. Returns accepted with prior approval only. Pre-Made products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of blanket purchase price or merchandise credit. Custom or pre-made made products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for merchandise exchange. Please note that original shipping charge is non-refundable.
